Campus Independence

I was looking forward to becoming a freshman in college. The thought that I was going to be independent of my parents was something that I was looking forward to. Being the only child in the family was not something that I was proud of much. My friends would tell me that they were jealous of me because I would get everything that I wanted from my parents. In return, though, I had to ensure that I obeyed their every command. They did not trust me using public means to get to any destination.

This would lower my esteem a lot that I could not focus on my papers. I would hire the best essay help to assist me with the assignments. I had to get home within the curfew period that they set out for me. If I was even a few minutes late, it meant that I would be grounded. I would usually tell my friends that being the only child was not as rosy as they thought. Sometimes my friends would suggest that we go out to the mall to shop. My parents would not allow it unless we had an older person supervising us, or we were dropped by a cab.
